Nina Hidaka (she/her) is a Toronto-based graphic / brand designer who was raised in Japan. She specializes in brand identity and visual communication. Currently, she is enrolled in the Honours Bachelor of Brand Design program at the School of Design at George Brown College.

I am a graphic designer based in Toronto.

Graphic Designer / Brand Designer

I’m a graphic and brand designer from Japan, now based in Toronto, Canada. I’m enrolled in the Bachelor of Brand Design program, where I focus on branding, graphic design, and typography. With a dual-cultural background, I am passionate about finding unique connections between brands and experiences, allowing these brands to establish distinctive touchpoints. I think design allows brands to identify what makes them different and special. Also, I believe it is the most powerful way to connect people and tell stories visually. Outside of work, I enjoy visiting exhibitions, listening to music, and socializing with people.

My work has received recognition from various awards, including the DNA Paris Design Awards, RGD Branding Awards, RGD Student Awards, and Applied Arts Awards.
